kickling sound is hearing from my 3 year old toddler's knees when she tried to "sit and stand".she sometimes doing jumps from sofa for fun without hearing my words. is it ACL tear in knees? I'm worried.

Get your child personally examine by the paediatrician and seek further guidance in this matter. Serve your child with healthy home-made foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage eating healthy.
