Iske bare mein adhik jankari ke liye Apne doctor se sampark kijiye jo aapko bataenge ki is bare mein aur kuchh karne ki jarurat hai ki nahin.

No it’s not advisable to give any medicine to the child without eating something or empty stomach it would not be advisable at all so I’m just going to suggest you as of now that you should only give it once your child eat something even if it is milk or biscuits not a problem
