kal raat ko khel thi time Daud raha tha Deewar se lad Gaya sir par Sujan aaya Gaya hai Aaj morning sujan kam hua hai koi medicine recommend kar dijiye please 🙏🥺

it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like
severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination.
if none of above danger signs are present then you can follow wait and watch policy
for pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.

aapko ek cream Bata denge recommend kar denge to achcha rahega usko Mathe per lagane ke liye filhal Dard bhi nahin ho raha hai usko

It is important to see that the child is not having any visible injury. also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor. it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications related to injury. you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops. you can apply warm compresses over any swelling. if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
