kabhi kabhi mujhe gussa bahut aata hai to mai vyom ko mar deti hu kya isase uske maind me bura asar hota hoga aur mai apna gussa kaise control karu

A. gussa bahut aata hai.. aap 2 mins ke liye eyes close kr back counting kijeye.. it will help you to calm down.. do some meditation yoga exercises.. have Me time
