Q.

Jesha is 2 months old prematured baby. At birth she was 1600Kgs weight now 2000Kgs. can we give her bottle feeding?

A. please don't do bottle feeding. it's normal , baby dozes off while breastfeeding as you have mentioned baby is premature baby so sucking reflux might have not developed during birth but gradually improves. please don't do bottle feeding it creates nipple confusion.

A. mam I am asking that can we give mother milk through bottle. Whenever she is feeding breast feeding she sleeps. That is why I am asking that can we give breast milk through bottle as quantity of her body weight

A. See your child has only gained 200 g in a month which is less agreed your child is premature still I think of course you can go ahead with giving body feeding because that is going to be beneficial for better weight gain and total growth of your child so there is no problem
