jelly. type motion in 6 month baby what is the reason and suggest the remedy

A. it can be infection in the baby the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
