j is 23 months old... for the past few days he coughs once or twice only in the morning... just after getting up.. should we give syrups .. pls advise

A. It’s only once or twice then probably there is no need to give any medicine to the child if the number increases or exceeds over the period then you can check with your doctor for the right medicine to be given to the child but currently there is no problem in what you are mentioning
