More Then allergy looks like a fungal infection to me because it has small small patches around so it’s better that you please consult your doctor get it checked to be more sure about is the what kind of a thing it is an according to that the correct treatment for the child can be suggested don’t apply anything from your own side because a lot of time is it in worsen in the situation
