Q.
Its being 3 months to my c section i still have pain in my spinal due to epidural and sharp pinch like pain on my stitches? Is it normal

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. happens take physiotherapy kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. x you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Some women can’t face this issue but it is not necessarily normal for everybody it has been more than three months then I would certainly advise you to consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same Dil be able to help me with proper medication for this
