Q.

Its been a month but my back pain is still persisting. It gets difficult even to feed my baby. How can i get rid of it?? If you can suggest some exercises.

A. You haven’t mentioned as to what kind of delivery you have had but in general you can certainly go ahead we doing Keagle exercises as that is very beneficial and also when you feed your child keep a proper pillow at your back and use abdominal belt to support your back that’s going to be helpful for you
