its been 6 months of my delivery and my baby is on breastfeeding only. i didnt get period till date what to do pls advice

For c-section delivery it takes 5-8 months. Don't worry consult your Gynaecologist and discuss about contraceptive methods as there are high chances of getting pregnancy post delivery . //Have more water, balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods.
