Q.
Its been 3 months since I had vaginal delivery. initially I had my periods for 20 days but now I don't. what I should do?

It is absolutely normal especially when you’re exclusively breast-feeding you a baby as you may not get your cycles even up to 6 to 12 months and even if you get them they tend to be irregular for a period of one yearWrite Your Answer Here

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Check with your doctor for safer contraceptive measures. Good luck and take care.
