Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Yes its very important to expose baby to sunlight for vitamin D source,skin. Rest all vitamins,minerals are available from mothers feed but Sunlight is the main source of Vitamin D. So daily 10-15 minutes morning sunlight is compulsory. Vitamin D drops are also suggested for infants...
