#AskTheExpert Is it necessary to give new born early morning sunlight. If yes for how many days and duration ?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes you should give your baby indirect sunlight early in th morning as it is good for babies for vitamin D. and also give atleast for one year as per my opinion. take care
