it's been number my child is having loose motion and now she is having fever

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomitingr and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with mtanagement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
