it's been a 45 days of my abortion but I haven't get my period yet. I am very worried please advice me.

If You are so concerned about it then you can get a check with your gynaecologist they’ll advise you better on this because maybe there is some issue sonography or any other scan if it is required can probably reveal what is the issue and according to that the doctor would advise you what needs to be done next
