Q.

it's been 3 months since I delivered my baby. I have still not got my periods. I did have unprotected sex once. could that be the reason?

A. check for urine pregnancy test once. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. A lot of women do not get their periods for a really long time after their delivery it could be six months to 1 year or maybe more than that and if you have had unprotected intercourse I would recommend you to keep an eye because it’s very easy to conceive this time so you can also take a pregnancy test after a month to be more sure about it that you haven’t conceived
