Q.

it's been 11 month of my cesarian delivery...i gained weight...feeling frequently hungry...plz guide me for the same for reducing weight and eating schedule..

A. You have to start some physical exercise in your daily routine like join yoga and also take care of your diet avoid oily fried junk foods limit sweet intake and when craving of sweet and have gur or can eat fruits

A. ok c sOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. you might feel hungry frequently especially if you are breastfeeding. its normal. after a couple of months when you are breastfeeding lesser you can start with exercise and then start reducing your quantity of food gradually . for now focus on eating well and feeding your baby frequently.
