It’s been 1.5 years of my baby and I am gaining weight because fat is depositing in my body. Wat should I do?

A. Dear mum, reduce your calorie and fat intake for weight loss. Avoid consuming traditional high fat and sugar lactational foods like panjiri ladoo. have healthy fats from flaxseed, nuts, oats, have fibre rich vegetables and fruits, have whole grain cereals and Atta Take good protein from egg, pulses, soya, beans low fat milk and Milk products avoid refined flour, processed fried, sugary food and drinks. don't Store or buy junk snack on healthy foods like fruit , nuts, sprouts and salad cut salt intake don't skip meals and breakfast. divide food intake into 6 small meals per day drink lots of water. have active lifestyle and exercise at least 45-60 minutes daily.
