It’s almost 5weeks I had c-section.till now my bowel movement not became proper.I’m having constipation once in3 days with pain & blood.what can I do?

A. provide constipation is advisable to give lot of water to drink take all seasonal fruits given after cesarean section also you and I can take all green leafy vegetables you may consult a doctor for proper medication
