Q.
it's almost 29days ... I had normal delivery still I had the stitch and pain even am using the cream to fall of the stitch.. but am unable to stand, walk , sit because of pain.. kindly suggest the gud way to overcome these things

You can ask your doctor for some pain killer at such time of delivery you should not be having any pain in your city of standing or walking one time I would advise you to get a check with your doctor maybe you are having some problem in your stitches only one time getting a check with the gynaecologist would be correct
