It rainy here and my 5 month old baby girl face has lots of small reddish color. Why that so?

gently wash the baby's skin with lukewarm water.
avoid scrubbing affected areas.
avoid oily or greasy skincare products.
seek advice from the child's doctor before using acne medicines or cleansing products.
