it has been a week since my child is born but I am not lactating

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you should try to lactate your baby and if bm is not sufficient or no secretion then try to take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and if bm is not there give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
