Q.
It has been 3 months since my c section delivery but periods are not started yet. Is it a matter of concern? My delivery date was 7th Dec 2022.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. you can wait for your periods to occur naturally till 1 year after delivery till then no medication is needed for that just maintain proper diet and health region and use proper contraceptive method to avoid chances of unwanted pregnancy

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few don’t get even after an year. Irregularities in periods is normal post delivery. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
