it been a month since my baby has acne type allergy on his face. what should I do

A. Hai good morning !! Observe the rash type rashes or allergy due to any food or product unsuitability or an skin issue (eczema,acne). Avoid using new products without checking suitability. Apply virgin coconut or almond oil on rashes. If you observe no change then consult paediatrician as its been a month baby having rashes...
