On an average 400-500 ml milk per day along with milk include curd, panneer, Ghee/butter/cheese for calcium, protein needs from Diary products . Fruits and vegetables puriees, dry fruits and nuts,pea nuts seseme seeds,ragi for calcium requirements. Feed solids 3 meals,2 snacks along with milk twice or thrice a day.
