Is thrr any gyneee want to discuss smthng actually I’m taking health supplements herbel life from last one mnth Nd nw my period is start nd I’m suffering with very heavy bleeding even taking medicine for stop bleeding so want to ask sud I stop tat herbel life it effects my period

A. if you feel so that after starting the medicine your periods are having then yes you should stop taking that medicines it's always preferred to have good nutrition through taking proper diet include more of sprouted grains green leafy vegetables to get more of Nutrition instead of taking any health supplement
