is this syrup is safe for baby? can i give 6drops for mrng and 6drops for night?

A. Okay so India issues are very common in this is there is no need to give this medicine still if you want you can give it twice in a day five drops each time but trust me vomiting and throwing up of milk is very common due to stomach reflex unnecessary do what I don’t do a medicine to be given to the child
