is laxolite syrup safe for kids for constipation doctor suggested to give this syrup

A. Why these kind constipation occuring, please study first find out where is the issue and then proceed. After reaching the age of 3 to 6, most of the childrens are playful and forgeting to take the water in time. Please give enough drinking water to the child by insiating them in time. Medicine is secondary, if possible give enough hot water in warm condition which will be helpful for the digestion.
