is this report is normal and how can increase t3 naturally.. I am a breastfeeding mother

A. Namaste Mom, You should consider talking to your dr as per the body type and how the some dietary changes would help to naturally increase it as well. include fish , eggs , selenium, dry fruits , greem leafy vegetables , enough excercise also
