is this pus. looking some yellowish inside and wet but overnight it is drying. again today morning some wetness observed

A. It is looking like that so you should check it with your doctor once for confirmation and sometimes it can happen due to minor infection also so once your doctor is going to examine physically they will be able to give you clear understanding over the situation
