Is this positive or negative? I also have severe stomach pain and back pain and period coming symptoms

This is looking negative only so if you are expecting a pregnancy or still if you haven’t resumed with your period in maybe 7 to 10 days of your last period date expected period date then in that case you should consult your gynaecologist for an ultrasound that is going to clear the picture about the problem that is there
