Sorry it's clearly indicating negative result.
If you had done test early immediately after skipping periods (2-3 days) or without early morning urine sample then there are few hopes of altering in result.
Check with another kit sometimes manufacturing defect in kit shows fiant lines which are lightly visible.
Consult your Gynaecologist .
