Namaste, Sorry you have not mentioned any details regarding the current weight of the baby, ideal birth weight of a. full term baby is expected in the range of 2.5 kg to 3.5 kg and monthly weight gain is expected around 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.
