Is this allergy or wat? After i gave medicine for dis it gets worse

A. Right now this is looking like some kind of an allergy or infection only that is spreading with quite a speed right now just go ahead with using calamine lotion on the skin of the child but you do have to get it checked with your doctor to understand what exactly is the problem with a permanent solution to the problem can only be referred by the doctor
