is this a severe flat head issue can someone please suggest she is 4 month old

The head can take its original shape by the time of six months to 3 years the doctor say has a skull is going to grow it is going to take its shape but right now you should avoid making your child sleep on the back side so the head is going to take its shape over the period and this is not looking that Flat also as you are feeling
