Is there any vaccination plan for premature babies???

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl1 month agoA. Actually vaccination plan is same for all the kids just with premature kids they have to gain at least a minimum of 2.5 g to 3 g to get the first vaccination done and according to proceed with vaccination chart as scheduled for all the kids
