Is there any specific age to start beetroot and if so what is the process, shall I boil and make a puree or just extract the juice and then feed. Any recommendations to start beet root for my baby of 6months old will be helpful

A. dear mum , after ur baby has completed 6 mths , then u can begin beetroot wash peel then cook it well by steaming or boil to make it soft then mash or puree keep consistency like ghee. add ghee give 1-2 tsp in start and in daytime
