Taking antacid on regular basis during pregnancy is not good During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health and try to avoid taking external medications, which in many cases may directly go to the baby and may not get suitable very much

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent tobe please consult an experienced ayurvedic physician keep yourself well hydrated use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 don't take spicy and over oily food
