is there any possibility to affect the ear at the time of sleeping position feeding

A. Make sure that he s able to breathe comfortably. And he s in deep sleep try to bring him to straight position as always recommended. But he s particularly sleeping side ways it's fine as long as he s able to breathe normal. Ear is no way affected.
