best is to provide food only when baby is hungry . do not force feed your child.
avoid large meals, give small and frequent meals.
make sure child is active and doing various activities which will automatically make.them hungry.
avoid processed and packaged foods.

Also give banana shake or mango shake etc they are healthy, Give other fruits as well, fruits help in building taste buds
