The basic difference is that the government dispensary is going to cover up all the necessary vaccinations which are mandatory where in private hospital they are going to cover up all the vaccinations which are mandatory as well as they also go for a lot of optional vaccinations so you can opt for government dispensary if you are only interested in mandatory ones and if you want to get the option you can visit any doctor to get them done
