Is there a difference like a girl baby says words more easily and learns more words in her 11th month than a same age boy baby?

A. Thank you doctor. My son is in his 11th month. He rarely says or repeats words. I keep trying to talk as much as I can, he observes calmly but not repeating. He says only amma and thatha randomly.

A. No it is just a misconception that people have in India where they feel girls can quickly pick up on speech where boys don’t it’s not like that it is totally different from child to child does not matter what is the gender gender of the child
