SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes it's good health too you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
