RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Yes yes it is very healthy to keep your child into indirect sunlight twice in a day morning and evening that helps in good absorption of vitamin D and child requires a lot of vitamin D from the time of birth which is good enough for a child
