is spotting normal during breastfeeding stage cramps but only spotting

It can happen sometimes as it could be a normal period that maybe starting and that is why you are having spotting and cramps like this for that I would advise you just consult your gynaecologist one time that sometimes due to hormonal imbalance also you can face this kind of an issue
