Is speech delay a symptom of some neurological disorder? my baby blabbers something. am really worried

A. hi kids at age between 18 to 30 months who can understand what you say well but have limited expressive vocabulary are considered as late talkers. so as it is ok for a child. please don't compare your child with others. keep encouraging your child by communicating with him more
