is ragi help to reduce constipation issues in baby

Ragi is of course which in fibre but there is no certainty that it is going to help in reducing down the constipation so it’s not prove and improve or anything of this sort it is just that if you give generally a fibre diet and good fluids that will definitely help in reducing constipation
