is placenta position changes from posterior to anterior ..in 2nd level of ultrasound my placenta is posterior but now in 3rd level of ultrasound it shows anterior can it possible and why this happen

A. Chances are if it is located in the upper part of the uterus then along with the expansion and also the growth of the placenta got extended anteriorly over the apex
