is piles normal after delivery...I have pain on back when sitting...is this serious problem

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. yes it can be dear but you should avoid constipation for yourself take a healthy diet with high fibre in the diet with plenty of liquids and consult your doctor for more guidance
